AMAZING! They have helped me so much! They are always friendly and helpful. The receptionist knows me on site and has helped me with all the scheduling and insurance issues . She is always so sweet and happy! . I can't say enough about them!

Frazier K. Jones, M.D. has the worst bedside . Came in because my mom has some neck pain needed pain management and Therapy . Walks in the room like what do want I'm not doing Surgery .We didn't even ask or say anything. This is the second time we came to see him never looked at or even tryed to figure out what would be her best treatment just Dismissed us like we were less than . He is the only neck Specialist in opelika so we were forced to see him a second time . I have met alot of doctors in that office and they have always be helpful and kind but not him he must hate his job .

They seem nice! I don't know people pretend well! When I was explaining how badly my daughter use to stomp (like I know at young age kids have tantrums but this wasn't that this was way worse) he said that has nothing to do with it in a strong tone and as we was leaving they all was staring at us in a way I really found strange like they was ready to discuss us but not in a good way. Maybe I'm overreacting or not! I mean I did read up on how some things can stop growth etc etc. Maybe I read wrong info

I came in with an injured knee from sports. Doctor rushed through the appointment, never told me what was wrong, just injected a steroid into the area. This has caused other complications in addition to my previous issues. I would suggest staying away.

Any doctor's office who would remove a cast on a child with their humerus completely broken all the way through with no plans of rehab and no plans of surgical interventions or physical therapy needs to be shut down. I don't care what book you're reading from. This is NOT ok. This will never be considered healing nicely. This is insane that y'all would do this to anyone.
