This company got my private medical information (protected by HIPPA) without my consent, and sent my father (I have been an adult for several years and he does not have HIPPA permission to view my medical records) a letter questioning my chronic pain treatment with the wrong name on it. Disgusting.

It took them three months to cash my check. I even reached out and they said it WAS cashed and done on October 25th so I thought maybe I'd missed something in balancing my account but nope - here we are on December 8th and it JUST came out. That's absurd. Not to mention the very existence of this company when I should've been able to just reimburse my health insurance company is unacceptable. Very unprofessional.

Can’t hardly get anyone on the phone, have been handling my case for over a year and all I receive in the mail is the same correspondence verbatim every month from PayerCompass who is supposedly coordinating with Phia. Haven’t received any feedback on ways or how they are working on a resolution but now my Bills have been sent to collection, what a waste of time. Now I’m back fighting these absurd medical bills.
