Selection was decent, but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I went there, today, for the very first time in the store and Byron was my budtender. Byron was friendly, and knowledgeable. When Byron couldn't help me on a couple things, Byron consulted another budtender to ensure I got great stuff.

I got the opportunity to check this dispensary out during my travels. It’s probably been the worst dispensary I have been too. I don’t understand businesses they treat their customers like trash. They have a line going out the door and there is only 1 or 2 budtenders working. I feel bad for the residents around this area that have to come to this dispensary. You waste hrs waiting in line, there are no good deals, and you get treated poorly. I’m glad that I get to leave phoenix and travel elsewhere with better dispensaries. I hope the state of AZ allows more dispensaries to open. This place needs some competition so that it can work its incompetence out or fail and allow a better company to move in.

Made an online purchase for $170, got a confirmation number and my card was charged. 15 minutes prior to my delivery the delivery driver tried to extort me for $200 stating that he could not deliver until this ransom was paid. I asked to cancel my order due to this bait and switch and he stated it would take a couple months to get a refund. Crooks all around...what a waste of time and money.

Love this place great people lives are awesome. No hurry and real polite they are. Thank you.3 visit awesome. And this is a big bugs that I'm looking for we need more of these in the store a little disappointed. Went to get cotton candy. I love that strand for micronic pain but what I saw was look like scraps. I'm sad. I believe you can do better.

Packed house ! 20 in the lobby trying to just sign in , another 20 inside waiting on the budtenders … Only 3 budtenders , one is super slow , another one is restocking , and one has been with the same client for 15 min … it’s 7pm on Thursday! We are stoners but where is the urgency, where is the customer service , where are the workers !!! Every-time I come here it’s disappointed

Aaron was the most helpful person I’ve met, told him I’m not from here and I’m from Mississippi and only had 60$ to use and he set me up completely!!!! The best cart and blunts I’ve hit and I just got back from the shop!! He treated me like a friend and completely Understood my curiosity! Security was nice and very professional and funny! Definitely my new shop to visit when in Phoenix.
