My Uncle was there for short term more than one time he was treated with great respect and kindness! From admissions to social services to nursing CNA and therapy were kind and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had!

Everett nursing staff has been exceptional in providing care and comfort for a loved one that needed some extra help. Facility is clean and professional-warm welcoming with an engaging activities program. Communication has been excellent and the care team voice concerns immediately bringing a peace of mind to me and my loved ones. Highly Recommend.

Super Bowl Sunday I’m calling to find out where my dad is located in this facility, the language bar is so bad with three of the girls on Sunday, February 9, 2025. They don’t care to help put me on hold. They put me on hold with with two different staff members and come back I don’t know where Anthony Paandi Senior is

For the most part I had a somewhat of an experience with the good nurses and nurses aid but I will never step a foot in the Everett rehabilitation and nursing facility because some nurses simply don't know how to have respect for the patients and when they're are patients in their rooms nobody should be entering the room except for personnel and nurses upon knocking on the patients door so that's why I am giving a one star but thank you to all of the good nurses and administration people that made it possible for me to get PT and OT and especially thank you to the rehabilitation director for everything and also thank you to Andrew and Antoinette and Christine for all of the PT and OT throughout the time there NO MY experience in the rehab facility is in the minimal situation and the nurse's need to be re-trained on how not to talk loud with other nurses or nurses aids so you people really need to think about what needs to happen in the facility

Do not recommend. The staff did not give my mother oxygen tubing long enough to reach the bathroom until I continued to call and ask if it had been done after she had been here 3 days. The communication between with staff was awful. One woman actually said to me on the phone, “Oh my god, I don’t have time for this, I’m going home” when I asked to review her medications (which did end up being wrong and I had to make calls to correct it). Needless to say, I got my mother out of there as soon as I could.
