Absolutely incredible. Not only are the owners nice but the staff is always so helpful. So relaxing and CLEAN. I cannot express enough how great my experience was and a huge plus is they use European saunas which I love. Will definitely come back and continue to recommend this as it was a recommendation to me from a friend first!

I was walking by and this place caught my attention. The staff was awesome, and explained there sauna options to me. If done infared saunas before but what got my curiosity was the cold plunge pool. I have always wanted to try one but me never could find one close by. Heidi coached me through the cold plunge and it was super helpful - boy was it cold!! Made it all 3 minutes but what surprised me was how it felt like it burned it was so cold. When I was done i felt like a million bucks

This little spa is lovely and I’m so glad I found it. It’s different than other saunas I’ve been to because the sauna is hotter, and the cold dip afterwards is really cold, but you feel amazing! The staff are very sweet and they always have glowing skin. This must be a testament to the benefits of using the sauna. There is a lovely patio area outside for some more chill out time after the service, but unfortunately I’ve only been able to enjoy it once. People (other customers) sit out there and talk on their cell phone. I wish people could unplug and relax. Isn’t that the reason we treat ourselves to spa experiences? Maybe a “no cell phones” sign will help?

Really awesome experience. LOVE the sauna and the little relaxation area outside. The person who showed me to my sauna said a lot of stuff about the different colored lights and their effects. I found it all a little hard to believe, but whatever, she was sweet and the sauna was perfect.

My husband and I are both experiencing great benefits from the sauna. His blood pressure is going down and my PTSD is being managed and this is only our second time we went Saturday and Sunday. We would recommend this to anyone with inflammation as we're experiencing great benefits in those areas as well.
