I needed scrubs for my WTC training class and there are many scrubs here in any kind of color. The lady who helped me was SO awesome and very kind! She helped me with what I needed and was spot on sizes she recommended. I would say the only downer was they only had one pair of white shoes, but doesn't bother me too much. Nice little place. Does have a dressing room by the way.

What great service and honest information! I went in to buy my sister-in-law her 1st set of scrubs since she was excepted into the RN program and will be starting nursing school this Dec. I had no idea that there were certain types of scrubs/uniforms for each different level of schooling and or type of nurse, as well as which school and or state you were attending?! The lady who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. She could have sold me just anything to make a sale, but didn't!! Instead had me purchase a gift certificate with NO expiration date so that my sister-in-law would be able to get exactly what she needed. Really appreciate the honest and great service!!

I put in my order for three scrub tops and two pants for work. I got one call two weeks later to pick up only half of my order. One scrub top was discontinued (how do you miss that?). Another week later, the rest comes in, I pick it up and exchange my first top and found another scrub was ordered in the wrong size. Had to go in again and return the wrong size, they said that they weren’t taking returns. I had to explain that they ordered it incorrectly, I didn’t even try it on. The next week, I had to pick up the correct size. The ladys are kind of rude and fake. It took a total of a month to get my entire order of correct scrubs. I was literally trained in my new position before I got my full order. They are really inconsistent and inconvenient, please go somewhere else / online if you can.

Not a ton of mediums in stocks in the color the local hospital nurses wear. They were out of a very popular style and placed their weekly order without ordering any more mediums.

Prices the same as online. I prefer to shop locally. The Spokane store has one medium pants, but that was only after I asked and she already was aware of what I was looking for. She told me to order online. Didn't offer to order me any more. She was friendly but it didn't seem to have super great customer service.

Owners are amazing and the store has a wonderful selection with many great options. Customer service is awesome! Would recommend this place to anyone in the Spokane and CDA area.

Website doesn't function properly to see what they offer in store. While on the surface everything appears to look interactable, the drop down or hotlinks are broken. Maybe it's unfinished or hire a better web developer? May have to go check out the store physically in person.

This place is terrible- I have gone in twice, and two different people refused to sell me the carhartts in the window display- even though they have nothing near that style or my size in the back! Why advertise something that you refuse to sell! Ridiculous.
