Staff is efficient friendly and fast. It is a little farther away than some of my local urgent cares but it is worth the extra time to go.
If this place takes your insurance, then this is the best place to go when your primary doctor is busy and your illness or injury is not severe enough to warrant an emergency room experience.

I was with my son today for a check-up. He is 6 years old and has a fever. The staff is very polite and professional, I really like their attitude towards customers. This was my first time and it was easy to set up appointment for the urgent care. Everyone was so nice, even when I had to change the appointment time. The doctor Alex was very sweet and professional, I reccomend this place.

Quickest urgent care in LA! I came as a new patient and was in and out in under an hour! Staff was friendly and helpful and practiced informed consent. Really appreciated how friendly everyone was. Everything was explained carefully and I left with no questions and feeling well taken care of.

I used Google Map search engine yesterday trying to find a Free COVID-19 Test near me. This Urgent Care at Vermont came up... Went there last night around 6pm.. Rang the bell, a nice lady came up told me.. A Covid-19 nasal test costs 120 USD, they don't take any insurance and no refund, the test result would come in 15 minutes!!! Woww... 😲 I thought the test should be free regardless of insurance status.. So... I ran away 😁🏃. But if you really need your Covid-19 test result very urgent and fast, this Urgent Care could be your Excellent Choice!!! 😂😆😆

There is no way to solve billing issue with them - billing team operates as if non-existing, and the receptionist is not useful at all. The two stars are just for the friendliness of the doctor

I have been to Urgent Care at Vermont several times over the past 2 years. The Medical Support Staff and Doctors have been superb in managing my medical/health requirements each time. The staff are friendly, helpful, follow up, and treat you as an individual not just another patient. The consultations are thorough, your questions are answered and you are never rushed! It is also great that they can do your labs or other diagnostics on the spot. In addition, the Clinic is modern in design and clean! As a patient, I highly recommend the clinic and its staff and greatly appreciate their personalized approach to tending to your healthcare needs.
