From Andrea at the front desk to my medical assistant, who did my vital signs to Sharon PA, everyone was " Fantastic" caring, courteous,& polite. I can highly recommend Urgent Care.the waiting room is clean, neat, & quiet.the staff is very professional. "They make you feel like family!"

The staff is incredibly sweet and kind, Dr. Thibodeaux is easy going and pleasant, and put my child at ease while being examined (my kid does not respond well to being talked to and touched typically) We have now been twice and wait times are not nearly as bad as other urgent cares . Online check in is great. 10/10

Love it here for me and my family ! Great staff Amanda/ Julia / Bethany Keep up the great work. Only concern is why keep switching rooms one to get checked in and then to another one to wait for the doctor it doesn’t make sense to keep sanitizing room after room when the first room you go in you should be able to see the doctor and there is too much cleaning and it doesn’t make sense so maybe they should go back to the old way where the room that they first put you in the room you stay in because it’s just extra work and I don’t see the purpose of like when the nurse come in you should be able to stay in that room

The staff & care team were very polite. Took care of my needs and were very professional & friendly. Have been going to this facility for a long time because of the care I've received there. I like that you can make an online appt. & they notify you when you should proceed to facility & where you are in line to be seen by doctor. Great experience!😊

Everyone I encountered here was so kind, patient, and helpful. That goes for the lady at the front desk, the nurses in the back, and the nurse practitioner. They were very busy today, yet I was able to get a walk-in appointment and they all were so nice and respectful to me. They answered every question I had and I am extremely satisfied.
