I got food poisoning while on vacation and they got me on the mend right away. The office staff was great and the provider was all I could hope for. She explained what I needed to do to get better quickly and what to watch out for. I was in and out within a half hour. They office staff even gave me directions to a local pharmacy. I took the first round of medicine and I am starting to feel better already. Best possible outcome for a bad situation.

I am new to town and havent yet established a relationship with a regular physician. I had a bad, deep cough that wouldn't go away. Setting an appointment was seamless (within two hours), the wait was reasonable, and the people were all very friendly. The NP who saw me and provided some prescriptions was smart, engaged, and efficient. Highly recommend The Urgent Care for any non-emergency medical issue. Thank you.

Staff members are usually friendly and the practitioners I’ve encountered are professional. Online check in can be handy but not ideal when you still have to wait 30+ mins once you arrive at designated time. Also, the visit itself is far too long, especially when you’re dealing with a sick kid.

Amanda the doctor was so rude. After waiting a hour, She knocked on the door. I had my head laid down and she left out the room. If I had not got up and said something to her as she walked out I would have been the last person scene. Completely unacceptable. While waiting to be seen, I witnessed people of color wait longer times and get skipped by people that look like Amanda .

The lobby is so nice and the rooms too. Had bad oral pain was in and out so fast and my medicine was sent to my pharmacy and ready before I got there. Pain was no issue after them. Thank y’all so much. Had my kids with me & they didn’t mind one bit. All the staff is nice af !
