I've been going here on and off for 4 years. I've never been able to consistently receive the weight loss medication ever. I run out and jump through hoops to get any more but always have to start the process all over again. I would never recommend anyone to go there unless you don't mind wasting your time. I don't appreciate being lied to!! I was told directly that they didn't send my prior authorization but now today it's " You don't know what we do? " and that's a lie because you forgot you told me you didn't.

I am a little disappointed. I have called four times over the last view weeks. Each time I’ve called the phone went to voice mail. I left a message like it stated for them to call me back. Crickets! I have heard great things about the clinic, but I guess I will not know. Maybe I’ll be able to get in touch with them if I keep trying.

The results speak for themselves, I have been dieting off and on for my whole life (Just like everyone else) and it is a struggle. I was 208 in Feb and am down to 173 as of beginning of June, great program and great people. I would Highly recommend them

For this place to be so (SO) busy... The staff sure has their s*** together. Much appreciated. Key component to a successful business. With that being said, expect to wait a minute... It's not the staffs fault everyone does a great job.

I’ve been calling for weeks & I can’t get anyone on the phone. I’m a patient here & I should be able to call & get a hold of someone. I’ve left messages & never received a call back. Honestly, I need to find another clinic with better customer service.

If you are a new patient, make sure you have 2-2.5 hours to spend seeing the dr. I was never told that it would be such a long process. Definitely disappointed in my experience.

Go up
