We needed care for my 85-year-old Dad at home suddenly and Maria at TheKey came over and did an assessment and we got a great caregiver, Minerva, sent right over. This was extremely helpful, especially when Dad needed to go to appointments. The sub on Minerva's days off, Gayle (sp?), was fantastic, too. Everyone at TheKey is highly responsive to questions and changes.

As a nurse with my 90 year old mother in the hospital , I was overwhelmed with the professionalism and kindness of the representative from TheKey. She explained what was offered so clearly and treated my mother with dignity and compassion , immediately putting both of us at ease . I didn't know this kind of service even existed . After explaining to my mother what she could expect when she was discharged home , I saw my mother smile for the first time . Nurses know what care is " supposed to be" and this individual we met was great : I even received info with names and times of the people who would be caring for my mother . 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

I would like to say, I have been a caregiver well over 10 years and worked with a lot of people, but one person that stands out the most for me is Angelica. Since I was hired with TheKey I’ve been able to talk to and feel heard by her. Angelica, thank you for being so attentive, caring and an amazing staffing manager. The entire key family is amazing and supports their caregivers. I wouldn’t go to any other caregiving agency.
