I was well taken care of by respiratory, Lisa & Craig & all of the respiratory department Ms Melissa Porsche tech supervisor, always made me smile! Ms Cindy is so sweet. Gerardo, is new to nursing but u can’t tell it, he has an awesome start! Since I had to be in the hospital I am glad it was there. However the weekend hospitalist was rude and would walk out on you when you were talking to him. I wish I knew his name! Thank y’all all @ Thibodaux Hospital. Have a blessed day!

The emergency room staff and all specialists saved my life I could never thank them enough. Hospitals are not made for you to enjoy. They are to help you whether it be comfortable or uncomfortable the staff do their best. Everyone's situation is different every case is different it is different the stress levels with everything going on were at peak and they still did their job.

This is about the emergency department

Was sent to the hospital for my husband. His blood count was extremely low. The doctors office sent him to trmc. When he was admitted at 5 pm. He has to ask for food (he wasn’t allowed to eat until the results were in) at least 4 times. Never received it. We came to the hospital at 10:45am and he didn’t get his food until 11pm. The 2nd floor took good care of him

This is the worse hospital anyone can go to. I been here since after 12:00a.m. they said it was go be a 3 hours wait here it's a quarter to 6:00a.m. no one in the waiting room people coming out the back no one called me to get a room at all. This hospital needs to be shut down and re ordinayed or sum no structure people came in after me and gone to the back. This is ridiculous I came to get a COVID test just give me my results and let me go dang. Thibodaux Regional has to do better. 8/19/22 5:49a.m.🤦🏾‍♀️

Very very poor service!! Been here 6+ hours and no one will tell you anything. Worst hospital and ER in my opinion. Can't tell you wait times and take others who come in way after you. Get it together people!!! These are people's lives! Same on this facility smh

Been here with my BABY she is not even 2 and it's been almost 5 hours and no one has called us to the back everytime you ask how long they say they need to discharge people sad sad sad never in my life has anything taken so long

I do not recommend coming here for anything.All my procedures done here were never a pleasant experience.The staff talks about you and doesn’t listen to your needs.They laugh at you when in pain.They act like the don’t know what to do.
