Very friendly staff. Got right in on a Friday evening. Travis explained everything and referred me to advanced wound care. He and his staff were professional and I felt at ease in talking to them. They called AWC and I have an appointment for Monday morning. Highly recommend. Awesome medical care.

The best Urgent Care in Thibodaux by far. Evert time I visit this facility, there is a short wait to be seen by a provider and the admin & medical staff are very professional. They understand you are not feeling your best & they do all they can to get you seen and on the road to recovery. When you want to be seen quickly by a provider that actively listens to your concerns this is the urgent care for you!

Very expedient and professional. Had symptoms and was able to give sample ahead of time was awesome. The Np was awesome and so was the nurse. They were kind and concerned. Recieved info on my dx and rx was called in.

Staff was all very pleasant. Speedy check in process by Miss Laurie, Mandy was nice and caring with my mom while getting her vitals. And Karley was very quick and thorough with her exam. Amanda was very pleasant as well. They were all very caring.

Went with no appointment and was helped quickly and professionally. The staff was helpful and friendly from start to finish, which took less than an hour and included an x-ray.

My recent experience here was nothing shy of amazing!
I was greeted by Laurie at the front desk, She got me Checked in and I was back in a room within 20 minutes. (Mind you the waiting room was FULL when I arrived, so that’s great!)
Karley, Curtis, Amanda and Larrine were amazing & are GREAT at what they do!

Thankful to everybody who helped and got Me feeling better before the holidays!!
