This new office is beautiful! But most importantly, Dr. Thomas Tseng is the BEST primary care doctor I have known. He is very caring and pays attention to details. He also has a great team who always try to help too. I had an emergency that needed immediate attention, and Dr. Tseng stayed late to make sure I could see him on the same day. I am so grateful to have him as my primary care doctor. Thank you, Dr. Tseng!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Thomas Tseng for over 20 years. Him and his staff (Catherine, Donna, and others) who have known me since I was a child, have always been kind and given me great care and service every visit.
They opened a new facility back in September and their space is much bigger and the interior looks amazing. They hired more staff and my wait time was short. On my most recent visit, Dr. Tseng was not available, however there was a new PA (I forgot her name, im sorry!) and she was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She answered all of my questions with very detailed answers. I would definitely recommend her if you have any issues and coming to Dr. Thomas Tseng for all your medical needs!

Doesnt look like a doctors office, looks like a holiday galore! LOVE THE STAFF & caring attention from PA JAMIE & DOCTOR TSENG 🙂 so many amenities, like snacks now AND an outdoor waterfall area. Love this office so much 💖💜🙏 amazing experienced nurses

Our family were following Dr. Tseng for 10 years, Dr. Tseng is careful and professional, timely finding the hidden dangers of patients and treating them. The clinic is comfortable and very clean. The clinic staff is very nice and tries to help the patients.

Their new office is beautiful and has things I've never seen at a PCP office. Fancy new chair/beds for the patient that even weigh the patient! They even do labs (not sure how many) onsite so you get your results during your visit.

Onto the staff and Dr Tseng. I tagged along with my dad so it really wasn't a visit for myself but I was basically there the entire time. The intake process was pretty straightforward and the staff friendly. Because it was a first visit, the process did take a bit longer than usual. Dr Tseng took the time to review all the concerns and was thoughtful about the care for my dad.

Looking at the previous comments, I could understand why people complained about the wait time as I did see other people in rooms waiting to be seen but only one Dr.
