We went on vacation few weeks ago and We couldn’t find a power chair for our grandmother anywhere else. we called them on 1 hour notice and they had one no problem and cheaper than anyone else quoted us, also asked us what time we were going to return it and they let us return it after closing hours and came back out of his way and met us at drop off location just so we could have it longer than closing hours. Very nice people and helpful, thank you thrash medical supply!

My adult daughter suffered a stress fracture while on vacation in NOLA and couldn't put weight on her foot. I called a few scooter rental companies, and Thrash was the only one willing to accommodate us quickly. Carl delivered right to our door within a couple of hours. The motorized scooter was easy to use and allowed my daughter the mobility to enjoy the remainder of our trip. The customer service was great and the cost was very reasonable. I spoke with Carl. He was very friendly and helpful. I don't know yet if what he described would work for my husband's feeding tube. He is sending it with his coworker who lives in St Bernard for me to look at or purchase. I live in the parish. Just doing that for a potential customer is awesome. We travelled to New Orleans from the UK with a nebuliser and never thought that it wouldn’t adapt to the change in voltage (from 240 to 110). Found Thrash Medical Supply, less than five minutes from our hotel. Carl could not have been more helpful or delightful. Great service from a lovely company. We left with a great quality nebuliser at a bargain price … what’s not to love … a life saver and a money saver too.

Super friendly staff Carl Thrash was knowledgeable and made lots of suggestions to help my sister and I who were looking for rolater walkers to assist my husband and her to ambulate. Just visiting New Orleans found that we needed some extra help, Thrash Medical Supply had a good inventory and lots of choices. Just a note if you find yourself having to visit the location it's on the 17th floor of the address they will validate parking on only a specific assigned place reach out to them on the location. Would definitely recommend for any of your medical supply needs.

I unfortunately left my cpap mask at home after cleaning it before our trip to New Orleans. Mr Carl came in on his day off to help me out with a new mask. He even had his sweet family with him. This could’ve been a long 10 days without my cpap.

Thrash's Customer Service goes above and beyond! After injuring my foot in the middle of moving, Carl made it very easy for me to get what I needed, even delivering the Cam Walker to my car.
