Thrive Unburdened is amazing! I have grown so much in my life coaching lessons with Winnie, and I see how much my life has transformed and we’re not even halfway yet! She really takes the time to understand you, see where you’re at, and help you to identify what is most important to you. Because of Thrive Unburdened life coaching, I’ve been able to identify the dream I’ve had since I was younger, and gain the wisdom and motivation to go after this dream. I highly recommend! You won’t be the same.

I entered a relationship with thrive unburdened for clarity. I was on a journey to find out who I wAs. With each session my life coach Winnie, helped me peel off layer by layer the obstacles that were hindering my growth. We did a decluttering exercise! Mind boggling to realize how unnecessary garbage I was carrying around. Having gone through that , I feel so much lighter and have space to place valuable things in my life. One major tool that Winnie helped me discovered was the ability to control and work with what I can. Do not pick up things that are out of your control. My anxiety about is no more. I feel so secure in who I am becoming. With Thrive unburdened , I feel so secure and unshaken of who I am and who I am becoming . With the tools I’ve received from Winnie , I can walk through life Unburdened. I highly recommend her service . She is so passionate about her work.
