Liz is an extremely insightful, kind, thoughtful and approachable therapist. Before the end of our first session it seemed like she saw right to the core of the way my mind works. She has challenged me and asked the right questions I really need to think about, but never in a way that felt uncomfortable or intimidating. I would recommend her to anyone.

The Thriveworks platform itself is great, I was able to find the right therapist for me fairly easily and it was easy to see what was covered by insurance and what the costs would be.

Wish I could them give negative stars!!!! Where do I start besides with they are the worst and most unprofessional business I have ever come across. Under no circumstances should you use this company!!!!. My therapist barely showed up to my appointments, and when she actually showed up - she was late and forgot to fill my prescriptions. Better yet, when I tried to cancel her services altogether I was charged a late fee. The customer service at thriveworks consists of incompetent liars. I was lied to about when I would hear from them numerous time, told false information, and charged false fees. ThriveWorks will steal your money!!! Needless to say, this company is absolutely terrible, unprofessional, and I would discourage anyone thinking of using their services. Do not use thriveworks!!!!!

Jenn Royster is amazing! She is one of the most genuine, compassionate, and solution-focused therapists I know. I have loved working with her and find her presence incredibly welcoming and reassuring. She will not only take the time to intently listen and provide valuable insight throughout her sessions, but also brings great enthusiasm to the work she does with clients. If you have the opportunity to work with Jenn, I guarantee you will leave your sessions having gained something invaluable!

This place is a scam when it comes to billing. The therapist was good, but I cancelled because the billing department is a scam.

Great clinicians…TERRIBLE billing service. My credit card was charged for sessions I didn’t have (and I have insurance that almost fully covers sessions anyway) and the charges were not documented or on my billing or account. Very, very concerning. It took me 1.5 hours of being put on and off hold to sort it out, and I have yet to see if the refund went through or not. The irony of being a mental health service when they cause such unnecessary stress. I will no longer use their service.

Jenn Royster has made me extremely comfortable in a clinical setting, as someone who was always been very hesitant to explore my emotions she has made me see the value in the process. Her non judgmental, personable approach to doing the work has really benefitted me and made my weekly session not only enjoyable but extremely rewarding. I highly recommend her and give the Thriveworks process 5 stars as the patient portal is very easy to navigate and cancel/reschedule accordingly.
