Please train your receptionist to not be a loser. When a patient’s critical prescription runs low and we phone nicely to get an appt. to get it refilled, the proper response should never be, “Look we can’t see you and that’s your problem.”

I highly recommend Dr. Chris Smith. He was the only doctor to correctly diagnose my condition. I had eight other doctors, one from Stanford, who had no idea what was going on. Dr. Smith is awesome!!

I enjoy coming to this office. It's easy to get an appointment, and the staff are super friendly and professional. Jeff Lam PAC is awesome! He's super personable and thorough. He takes his time to explain things and he also listens very well. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to recieve quality care.

Dr. Gorman is amazing and I love her care and expertise. She has amazing bedside manners and a fun personality that puts me at ease. The only thing I would say is that her front desk staff can be a bit cross sometimes over the phone. If that doesn’t bother you then this place is amazing.

Dr Gorman is great when you can get in to see her. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years for general health. Recently, I called and left a message to schedule an appointment. I didn’t hear back, so after a couple of weeks, I tried calling the office again thinking it was a fluke I didn’t hear back. When I asked to schedule an appointment with her, I was told she had no availability until December (7 months from now) or I had the option of seeing another doctor at the office—it was made clear I wasn’t going to get into see Dr. Gorman anytime soon so I may need to look for a new doctor. I don’t normally write reviews but figured I’d share my experience.

Hello I am a new patient and had my first appointment last week. The staff and doctor were very friendly and cordial. They were well informed and shared with me the different programs that are available for your health and things we could explore for fitness as well as all around general family health advice. I recently switched over from Kaiser to PPO and I am glad I did. I would recommend this practice, thanks.

This is my first time here and let me just say the service was great and the staffs were amazing. Coming from another provider this service set the bar high and I am glad I made the switch.
I was assisted by Jeffrey and enjoyed the patience and knowledge he provided. We went over my medical history and what is working and what isn't. We also plan for what i should do next and follow ups. let me just say I felt heard and it's been a long time I felt assured and good about the visit.

I have been seen by Dr. Tiffany Gorman numerous times and by Dr. Christopher Smith twice. Both doctors are very thorough, kind and compassionate. I trust their expertise. The individuals that come in before hand to take my vitals and discuss my case are wonderful as well. They are very patient and very friendly but also very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my care.
