I have interacted with tech support and purchasing monthly for over 15 years. They have been excellent in every way. Their product is lightweight and durable and stylish. Repairing the chairs are easy as well. Highly Recommend.

My tilite chair is fine. Probably one of the better ones I've had over the years. HOWEVER, the support you get from this company is atrocious. Even that may not be a a strong enough description. If you need parts, this company has so little interest in filling your needs they may as well not exist. I'm waiting TWO WEEKS ON GETTING NEW CASTERS ASSEMBLIES. What the actual f? Normally I do my own repairs, but this time I farmed it out and the repair shop said they don't have a update.

Trying to get the rubber cover for the handle on a TiLite Compact Composite Brake for my wheelchair. "Oh, so sorry. That rubber cover for the handle isn't a 'part.' You have to buy the WHOLE FRICK'N $47.00 BRAKE even though we have thousands at the plant." Typical example of ripping off the handicap. Some day these TADS (Temporarily Able Bodied) will understand.
