I would not recommend Dr. Chung if you are an adult seeking orthodontic treatment. I initially went in for Invisalign, but she strongly recommended metal braces, claiming the treatment would be faster and completed in 12 months. Unfortunately, it turned into a 3-year process with little visible progress. I ultimately chose to have the braces removed myself, as I wasn’t seeing the results I expected.To make matters worse, during a follow-up consultation, she stated that my teeth had flared out and proposed another year of treatment along with an additional $3,000 fee. If you’re an adult looking for efficient, transparent orthodontic care, I would advise looking elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Chung and her staff. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman terminology. I would highly recommend anyone who is a candidate for braces. There was never any problem making an appointment and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I’m really happy I chose Dr Chung because I think she is very knowledgeable in her field and I’m really happy with the outcome of my treatment.

My experience with Dr. Chung has been nothing short of amazing. All three of my daughters are her patients. She is the kindest, most thorough and precise orthodontist. All of the staff are fantastic. One of my daughters got her braces off today after about 4 years and the results are outstanding. It was well worth the wait we could not be happier. Dr. Chung is the best!!

Dr. Chung is an exceptional orthodontist. She is a perfectionist who always goes above and beyond with her patients. Her staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. She corrected my husband’s teeth later in life and I can hardly believe the transformation when I look back at photos.

We brought our daughter to Dr. Chung at an early age, as she had many issues when she started her treatment plan. Dr. Chung spent a great deal of time explaining the entire process and guided us through every step. The end result was outstanding! In fact, our daughter was just voted “nicest smile” in her graduating senior class and we would agree!

We are so grateful for Dr. Chung’s amazing work and for our daughter’s beautiful smile. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She is fabulous in every sense of the word and I cannot imagine using another orthodontist!

Dr. Chung and her staff are amazing, this is our fourth child going to her and that should say it all. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and Dr. Chung goes above and beyond to make sure you and your child are happy.
