Love this place nurse's and doctors are awesome. Now trying to get some one on the phone is difficult. I have been on hold several times up to 30 minutes to just leave a message for my nurse.This needs to be checked in to.

I became a pt.of Dr. V Bavikati yesterday. I first visited the front desk with paperwork complete. They were very pleasant, helpful, and thorough. After less than 5 minutes in the waiting room (which was clean, spacious, and comfortable) I was called for a pacemaker check, EKG, and then the associate of the Dr., who was very informative and fact checking. Dr. Bavikati was easy going, answered questions and made the visit easy. None of the staff, associates, nurses, & doctor were in any hurry and singing about the hall made me smile.
The visit was timely and thorough with a sense of rhythm which was so nice.
I would recommend THM Physician Partners (Southern Medical Group-Heart Rhythm Center) to my family and friends as well as anyone who is in need of keeping the "spark" in their heart❤️‍🩹. I feel they are confident and professional in their services.

I was scheduled for a procedure that was canceled at the evening before due to an emergency. They said it would be prioritized for reschedule but 6 weeks went by after multiple request in person to reschedule. Upon my 6 weeks check up for the missed procedure I finally requested and got a date, another 2 months away. The staff during visits was great though

It was a five star, the lady was very professional and customer friendly in the front office that morning, I didn’t have to wait long, and the Technician Lady that did the test on me was just Extremely Awesome she was friendly, Kind,Patient, she made me feel very comfortable she talk to me about what she was doing, when you come to a place like that it very important that the person that you dealing with are very professional and knowledgeable in what’s going on, and she was.
