Excellent response and resolution to all lift operational issues. The maintenance plan cost is very reasonable. The technician Bill responds quickly and can fix anything, a tremendous asset to Totally Mobil!! I appreciate the owner Masa, she is such a gift to us. Masa is always responsive!

First the pros: we were able to get an estimate quickly and the ramp was sturdy and well installed; the cons: we were required to pay for two months (half when agreed and half at installation) even though we needed it for less than a month and it was very expensive; while the people are all very nice, it took almost two weeks to get it installed and then it was difficult to get our phone calls returned. They did a good job but just be aware that communication can be tough.
