Just had one of the best facials I’ve ever received by Jun. I did the Eminence Organic Facial and she did an amazing job!
Not only did she use A TON of products, she also used really large amounts (and these are $$$ products). She also massaged my feet’s, hands and arms, shoulders and head - which is a lot when it comes to a basic facial so I really believe she went above and beyond. And the facial felt lengthy too which was nice. Highly recommend a facial with Jun!

Natalya, the one who gave me a massage, did an amazing job. I struggle with a lot of tension in my back, which causes me chronic migraines, and Natalya was able to really get deep into those knots and help undo them significantly. Would highly recommend booking her and going to this spa in general 😌

Opted to get a full body spa treatment done both the times I visited this place. good aesthetics. People are friendly and nice, however not at all satisfied with the service itself. They do not spend enough time to massage in a given spot. When you think they are finally hitting the right pressure, they move on to the next spot. I got the treatment done from 2 different people during my visits - I did not feel rejuvenated at all because the massage application on a particular area doesn’t last for more than 10 seconds - they move to the next leg or arm or they are off to bring in some other cream / oil for application. Focus is more on applying the oil / cream on arms & legs but not on effectively massaging after oiling. Incomplete feeling overall. Not a fulfilling experience both the times. Not worth the money.Never going back.

Horrible experience. I purchased the scrub and massage. I have previously had a body scrub and massage at another spa. They do the scrub, have you rinse off in the shower, and they change the sheets. The way you guys have designed the scrub leaves the guest laying in body scrub in their sheets for the entirety of the massage. The "massage" I got felt unorganized and like I was being rubbed the whole time. At one point I nearly asked to stop the session I was increasingly more frustrated as it went on. I came to relax and I left pissed that I paid to lay in scrub and get rubbed for 90 minutes. The only part of that was halfway decent was the face massage part and she kept getting product in my eyelashes and on my lips.

I arrived early. My session started late and ended on time, so what was supposed to be 90 minutes ended up being closer to 80. As I was trying to leave the receptionist asked me to sign the waiver AFTER my massage because while I was sitting and waiting for 10 minutes prior to the massage she forgot about it.

I had a Custom Organic Facial with Carolina and I absolutely loved the experience! It was incredibly relaxing and I almost fell asleep at multiple points throughout the facial. I appreciated how personalized the facial was to my skin. It is a little pricier than other places I have been to that use the exact same products, but a good once in a while treat!

This location is convenient for me. The environment is quiet, clean and welcoming. My Esthetician Caroline is absolutely the best. I feel so comfortable with her and the care she takes to discuss my needs and what she will be doing. I will continue to come here bi-monthly and receive an exceptional facial from Caroline.

Sooo this is place is ridiculous. I had a terrible experience trying to book massages (4 to be exact) for my birthday earlier this month and they were NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL! I didn't care to go back because of their poor customer service but my sister asked me to book a massage for her and my parents so I did online, under my account and they called me to cancel. In their words, "We've saw that you left a negative review and so we feel this is not the Spa for you" instead of making things right with a repeat customer they doubled down on their terrible customer service. I don't understand what kind of business they're running here. Definitely beyond disappointment and angry that I would even waste my time with these people.

Really great spa. It has a wonderful relaxation area - one to the left of the front desk where you can have some drinks while you wait and fill out a reflection journal, the second one is a bit more private, it’s to the right of the front desk and you can chill there after you receive your services. This place has a nice, clean sauna. It’s small - so it fits 1 or two smaller frame people. I’ve enjoyed their massage and facial services. Their skincare line is pleasant as well.
