Negligence is the only thing practiced here. I had been warned by several ex clients in town. At first I thought it was a sweet hometown practice.
BUT - scheduling errors. not returning calls to specialist and pharmacies, Calling in the wrong prescriptions, leaving me without my needed medications, Filthy furniture in the waiting room., Chaotic voice mail system, blaming the patient for his errors, I am patient but when my health is at risk I lose my patience. Dr Topolski should have his license revoked. Shame on him.

Omg. Where do I begin With a lawsuit! Dr Topolski is either severely mentally ill or severely negligent. I’m guessing both. Im sorry to say that Pursuing a lawsuit against him is the only way to stop him!

They never answer the phone. The automated system is confusing and I can never just leave a message and get a callback. I asked for my prescription to be called in to cvs and then find out it got called in elsewhere 4 days ago.

My experience with Trailside health is fantastic , I love going there. receptionist is very friendly as well as doctors and nurses . I'm always treated with respect and whenever I have a problem they listen to it all . I would recommend anyone that needs a primary care physician to them all day .

Dr topolski and Lisa Miller are what drs should be they truly help there patients in all aspects and care while doing so, many drs these days have so many patients you feel like cattle being hearded but never once has this office made me feel like that if you are lucky enough to be there patient and are trying to live more healthy in the NOW then that's what will happen with there team behind you.. No judging people from there past and truly truly helping people just be and get better in all aspects without feeling like judged...after 5 months I had my two kids going there and they love to go .Last but not least there receptionist Jamie is AMAZING and also goes above and beyond to help from appointments ,call backs even reminding me Lisa kids have early dismissal today ...Trialside truly has amazing practioners that bring meaning to family medical care that cares🤗🤗🤗
