I have been open to trying different things as I heal and navigate the journey of mold toxicity/ mycotoxin illness.
Today I visited Transitions Wellness in Juno Beach. First I tried the vibroacoustic bed, which is like 3D meditation. You lay on a cozy bed with a weighted pillow on top of you. Both the bed and pillow vibrate while you listen to relaxing music for 45 minutes.
Next was the infrared sauna with cold plunge! I’ve been doing sauna at the gym but this has red light therapy added. It felt great! They told me to go back and forth from sauna to cold plunge but I could only get in the cold plunge one time and it took 5 minutes to talk myself into it! 🥶🤣 I stayed in for about a minute then went back into the sauna.
Last was the salt chamber. It is a small room with a comfy chair and you relax or listen to music while breathing in the salt that is blown into the room. Salt therapy has been so helpful for me on this journey of healing.
The staff are kind, helpful and encouraging. They have great Groupon specials!

I had a wonderful experience at TWPC during my visit from out of town. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helping me schedule a few plunge and sauna sessions. On my first visit the staff shared all their offerings and toured the facility, but didn't feel like they were trying to "sell me" like some of the franchise groups do.The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The extra large Plunge tub is amazing and very comfortable. Felt like a new person after each session. Highly recommend!

My friends and I came here for a ladies spa day for our friend’s birthday. Lou and the staff went above and beyond our expectations! They decorated, provided food, drinks, flowers, and gifts for all of the ladies. The facility is clean and we got to enjoy all of the amenities throughout the day. I can’t wait to go back!

She is a very kind individual. The facility is also well-maintained. Lou excels in his therapeutic practices, providing a level of discomfort that is ultimately rewarding. On the days of my sessions, I feel a surge of excitement. I ponder what I will experience today—whether it be a salt float, a salt cave session, a deep tissue massage, or infrared therapy—there are numerous options available in one location. Tried something new today!! If your body is telling you it’s time e to do something for you, I think I just found what the body is saying it needs! Transitions Wellness Center In Juno/Jupiter has many options to heal the body or just to help you relax. Today, I tried the salt float - 60 minutes to just relax and enjoy peace. What an amazing gift. This one my husband set me up with. I know I need to pass this along as I have several family members I KNOW they will enjoy this experience !!!!! What A Great Gift!!!!
