Sending thanks for paying my child's daycare bill while in school for my associates degree in Applied Science. Never seen the bill or paycheck, but glad there were no problems besides running out of diapers and filling bottles with breast milk. Difficult being a parent, but I have my degree document although working long hours for a roof that I just can't sign for seems like I got played. God bless

They are so RUDE! The people on the answering lines should not be in customer service positions. They talk to you crazy, they have no actual notes to keep communication between themselves let alone the ability to give you any actual updates. You’ll be stuck in a chain of “I’ll have ‘them’ call you” with pisspoor effort in communicating with you despite giving them every possible avenue. Save your time and your sanity.

They helped me with Austin utilities but they dropped the ball with my mortgage assistance. Marilu almost cost me my house because she wouldn't communicate in a timely manner. She never followed up with me when they did things on there end until weeks later and the mortgage company rejected the payments that I was eligible for. She wouldn't call the mortgage company and explain the process and made things much more complicated than they needed to be with her complacency.
I don't want to sound ungrateful because they did pay half my utility bill, but my mortgage was a different story. It took every penny I had, but I caught it up before the foreclosed. Meanwhile, the three payments I was eligible for were lost somewhere, who knows where and have since expired.

Very helpful resource and the ladies at the front desk go out their way to make sure you get the services you need. Food pantry, clothing closet and rental assistance are just a few things they offer!
