This was my first time to Tree House Craft in Pepperell MA and I must say it was great! Not sure if I hit it at the right time (around 4:00) but the parking was so easy. And while that is a big win, my great experience started with an easy to use website, that was packed with easy to understand information. I could order on-line and walk in to pick up. The people were so nice and my check out with Myles was great, he was so personable and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

Treehouse is the first dispensary I have ever been to and they made it a very welcoming and comfortable experience. The atmosphere is so relaxed and it feels like a place you would go to hangout with friends. I love their menu board, it’s pretty easy to read and find what you’re looking for or to find new things you may wanna try out. Jess helped with my order and she has the best recommendations. She was very informative about the products and helped me make decisions based on my personal preferences. Jess was quick and efficient while still being incredibly friendly and sociable. 5 stars isn’t enough, go play PLINKO!!!

The Pepperell store is wonderful!
The budtender, Ryan is the best; he is knowledgeable , patient, kind and took the time to educate me, while I asked him numerous questions. I learned a lot and appreciate his honesty during my many questions!
I will always return, as product is quality!

First time coming here and I was impressed. Very welcoming and unique atmosphere and the customer service was excellent. They have this big pumpkin guy holding a joint lol. Super cool! Their prices are good too. Highly recommend!

I visited the Treehouse Cannabis store today and it was an awesome experience. The staff were very knowledgeable with all of my questions and were very welcoming and made me feel like at home. They have a large variety of product with the best prices around! I highly recommend visiting this store. It feels more like an experience than just going to a store.

Tree House Cannabis is officially my go-to spot! The vibe is always great, and the team really makes the experience top-notch. Elijah impressed me with his expertise and took the time to answer all my questions. Will shared some helpful input, and Cassie was super welcoming, which made me feel right at home. Vic was also really nice and added to the great atmosphere.

Big shoutout to Austin—he always gives me the best recommendations and insights, making sure I walk out with exactly what I need. The store itself is fantastic, but it’s the team that truly sets it apart.

Tree House Craft Cannabis is a super cool and cozy location. Everyone you meet there is super nice, from the friendly face who greets you at the door to check your ID, all the way to every worker (or budtender as they call them which is a 10/10 on the creativity scale btw) behind the counter. Today I was helped by Elijah, he was super helpful in answering all of my questions and recommending what I might enjoy based on my preferences, he was very enthusiastic about his job giving me a 10/10 experience! I love this place a lot as it’s just got a feel to it that a lot of dispensaries don’t have, it feels less like a medical pharmacy than most places if that makes sense, which was a huge bonus to me! 🙂

I’ve been several times and each time was a good experience. Victoria is awesome, I’ve been waited on quite a few times by her. She’s great and the other woman that’s working today is awesome. I forget her name.
