My husband and I were so impressed with our experience at Tri-Country Hearing in Ocala, Florida. From the very beginning to the end of our appointment we were welcomed with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Michael Leone was outstanding in his willingness, knowledge and patience to have us understand whether we needed a Hearing Aid or not. There was never any pressure for us to buy anything. I have had hearing Aids and service for 30 years and I have never had any one that has given me better service or attention as Dr Fernandez . She is more knowledgeable and caring than anyone or any places that I have been to. You may find someone else who may be less expensive. But you will never get the the service or attention that she can give you . She is worth every penny

My husband, Mike Dombrowsky recently visited this center and was fitted with awesome Siemens hearing aids. He felt left out when we were in a social environment and now he is able to
participate in all conversations. The staff was so delightful...Dr, Fernandez-Roque was professional and helpful, she went out of her way to follow up and make sure he was happy.

I whole heartedly recommend this hearing aid center not only for the product but the one-on-one special and knowledgeable care.

Do not hesitate to see Dr. Fernandez. She goes above and beyond for customer service and helped me deal with an issue caused by buying hearing aids online. Don't do what I did and see a professional you can trust.
