Well, I WAS happy with the treatment I received here. I missed an appointment due to work, haven't gotten a chance to get back in (3weeks, mind you) and Dr. Tessema has canceled my prescription. It isn't a opiate or anything like that, but absolutely instrumental in my health and he knows this. I received no phone call and was not made aware that my prescription has cancelled, and his office is closed until Thursday.
You can't help patients like this. This is what hurts psychiatric care. If I had known my prescription would be canceled, I would have worked it out with my job to go.

Staff and Dr don't care....
My son is seen here bc we have no other options in Enterprise.
Dr Tessema doesn't care about his patients.. he's making bank, and that's all he cares about. His staff are rude and sarcastic women who have no compassion for the people that visit this office.. I wouldn't recommended TRICOUNTY to anyone!

I've had a great experience. However, the work in process can be revamped to eliminate waiting in the office all day. Otherwise, great service and great treatment. Just be patient and realize that there is one doctor treating as many patients possible. Also, the staff at the front is very friendly and accommodating. One of the best front desk staff I've experienced since moving to Alabama honestly.

DON'T GO HERE!! I made an appointment for my son for counseling before the pandemic started. He saw the lady one time, then they cancelled a BUNCH of appointments and I waited months!! Then I finally found him somewhere else and cancelled services with them. NOW the psychologist flagged my son because we cancelled ONE appointment a week before the appointment. He NEVER EVEN saw my son as he only went that ONE time, so they flagged us for NOTHING!! Horrible man that doesn't care, don't waste your time he's all about the dollar!!

Dr Tessema cares about his patients. No you aren’t getting medication he doesn’t think you need but he makes living with my condition easier. There isn’t a amazing cure all to mental health problems but it helps that he understands and works with and for his patients to have a better life.

Im danielle. I had an appt set up it was an after lunch appt and i didnt know that well my ride dripped me early tgey exspected me to stay outside for 45 minutes when im not supposed to be in sun or heat for long periods of time so i left and called an cancelled. . so i had another appt scheduled and so they said i had 2 scheduled so which one i prefer i picked the latter one. My appt come up and my truck went out and have alot going on so i called to let them know i had missed the appt .and the lady was rude told me i have to find a different provider because of there policy . which im unaware of due to never being seen before but had i know this i would have kept the last one but they wanted me to choose and then held it against me. And the lady office manager made it a Point to tell me they are the only ones that take my medical insurance in emterprise very unprofessional. And very displeased that when requested to talk to dr tessama she refused. By far the worst place ive been reffered to. Cant be aware of a policy ive never seen
