LOVE it here! ALL of the staff and doctors are so kind and patient. I can make many appointments in one day and be able to do them all. I got a CT scan at 11:00, saw my cancer doctor at 12:30, Now at 1:45, I'm at the Pulmonologist office for a 3:00 appointment but they told me that they would get me in, in a few minutes. AWESOME!!!

This team consistently does a great job. They are caring, warm, efficient and professional. You are in and out quickly after check in and the phlebotomists know their stuff - virtually pain free (as much possible, considering what they need to do.)

Results are quickly posted on MyChart . This is one thing working well in our health care system.

This was my 1st stress test and I was so nervous. Upon entering the building ,2 really nice women greeted me and got me registered. They were so nice that it calmed me down.
The rest of my time there was met with professionalism , empathy and even a few laughs. Everyone was great.

Saved my bacon AGAIN! thank you so much to front desk rep and MAM dept.! I yet again made a mistake when scheduling a mamogram for my handicapped aunt. Last time i was in the wrong building. This time i was a month early! The front desk called up and got us scheduled after enduring quite a few minutes of "elevator muzak" on hold..she really came through for us. The MAM dept. got us in pretty quickly and out just as quickly and very pleasantly considering we were messing up their schedules. So thanks again ladies, you rock!

I was at the Thomas Center on November 21, 2022 for a blood test. While checking in, the computer was having trouble accepting my insurance. Sandy was the lovely lady working with me. She tried several times and the computer continued to reject my insurance. I was getting nervous, as I knew my insurance was up to date. Sandy sent me ahead to my testing and after my testing was complete I looked for Sandy but did not see her. While I was driving home she called me and reassured me that the insurance had gone through! She was wonderful! What a great experience, and she went out of her way as an employee!

First I was there for my my very first mammogram (of course I was nervous) and the tech wasn't too friendly. She wasn't aware I had implants even though I told them when I scheduled. She looked at me and said "are you serious? They didn't schedule you correctly" then she had a big fit when I didn't quite understand how she wanted me to turn ect..
I went there again this year thinking I'd have a better experience. NOPE!! They called about 5 of us to the dressing room then calling back one at a time for their test approx every 5 min. I was the last one so I thought I'll be called back soon. I waited and waited and waited for almost 30 mins. I saw all 4 of them leave and still waited. I went to the front desk and asked them what the hold up was. 🤷🏻‍♀️ They didn't know. I was getting dressed then a very sweet tech said she just now got the order. Definitely going somewhere else next year.
