I went for appointment that I scheduled a month early. I got check in. Nurse saw me and tell me the doctor will be with me shortly just to tell me they don’t accept new patients. I left to another state a came back. So I scheduled it online no problem. It does said seeing new patients. She was right there and could’ve seen me. She just didn’t want to. The doctor name C Finn, PA. I also waited 20 minutes in the room.

This place is terrible. My boyfriend has been going there since the 90s and can never get an appointment with his actual doctor. You’re on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes every single time you call - does not matter what time of day. Only to be told they will leave a message. Messages sent through My Chart are never returned. I would give 0 stars if I could. My doctor always responds within 24 hours. If there’s a problem with light staff that should be communicated. I hope they actually read this review.

No one has reached out on either end to discuss. It’s a good thing I’m not dying. No one calls.

scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance, made sure they were accepting new patients and that they took my new work insurance only to have it canceled a week before the appointment. edit : this is particularly egregious and embarrassing knowing full well how difficult finding a primary care is right now. i could’ve been on a waitlist and actually had a chance of seeing a physician this year.

How about negative 5 stars? Can we do that here? Guess not. But any how this facility is always hit or miss! Every time you call those who do answer are 99.9% so rude! That is agian if they answer! I have called constantly and for multiple different reasons and regardless almost every time you will be 35 or so minutes deep on hold and still no answer! Today I got a call back for a sick appointment as I'm very unwell. Why is it that the young lady wants to tell me that 2 days on meds isn't enough for me to feel better! Duh! I feel worse! I've had endo not listen about my diabetes and still haven't gotten that right. Nurse almost gave my daughter shots she didn't need. I can go on. Please do not go to this trinity. It sucks. Find another Dr.

Receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and almost verbally abusive. I called because I was looking for an OBGYN since I recently found out I was pregnant and this is my first time being pregnant so I was very nervous.

I called and got immediate attitude from the receptionist as soon as I told her I didn’t know the exact date of my last period, but I gave her an estimate. She snarkily told me “Well I need the exact date” and I told her I didn’t know an exact one, but gave her one I thought made the most sense. She rudely responds “Are you just GUESSING that date or do you actually know it?” Like lady, I told you TWO times I DONT KNOW THE EXACT DATE. And then she goes “I’m not putting that down then, you should’ve known the last date”. And then continued to berate me the rest of the call. I was extremely nervous and just cried once we finally hung up because I didn’t understand why she was being so mean. Treat your patients better . I’m not sure of her name but she was an older woman.

The way the nurses treat you is very disrespectful. The receptionists are lovely and half of the paediatricians are good. I had never complained but the way I was treated this morning was unusual. First the nurse who called me to make an appointment for my daughter didn't understand me because of my English and told me to take my daughter to urgent care if I didn't want the appointment with the paediatrician that she wanted me to take when I asked her about the availability of other doctors or my daughter's primary care. Urgent care doctors don't treat children under 2 years old. If I wanted to take her to urgent care I wouldn't have to wait almost two hours for an appointment. Very Rude

My providers have quit so many times. I can’t schedule an appointment I’ve called 10+ times and been on hold for hours. It won’t let me schedule an appointment through my chart in Chicopee only other states… this is absolutely absurd. And before you reply asking me to email about my experience I already have!
