I received someone else's medication in the mail so I called the pharmacy to report it. The guy was so adamant about being correct that he never looked into it at. In fact he advised I open the package that is addressed to someone else! Stated if I was so concerned give it back to the post man. I'll do one better and hand deliver it to your supervisor and report the company to Medicaid. That's a violation of HIPPA and the law. Quite frankly pending the right investigation it's grounds for you to lose your credentials sir! Treat the elderly better, of the medication is coming to me how is the patient getting it? And if they are not getting it why is their insurance company paying for it? As I said pending the right investigation with the right inquiries. I wish I could find him, I would help him seek legal counseling!

I went to Triple Alliance this morning in Brentwood and I had to ask if they had a prescription for me and the lady took a minute trying to find it so she had to fill it. My doctor called the order in 10 1124 today is 10 2424 and then she got mad with me because I asked her why you all don’t call and let people know that their order is ready, I told her I was gonna find another pharmacy and she told me you do that ma’am, in a little nasty voice so I I’m done with them this is not the first time then they don’t open up on time like they supposed to so those of you giving them a four-star something they must be treating you good they didn’t treat me good and I haven’t even been with them that long. Had to give a star in order to do the review, so they don’t even deserve one star from me.

The best most kind and helpful pharmacy I've ever had the pleasure of being a patient of theirs they were unfortunately robbed and had everything stolen cops can't do anything to make it right n they went out of their way to find me another pharmacy that would fill my prescription all wonderful sweet people will always be a returning customer slash patient with them 🥰💕

The lady I just talked to, hung up phone on me because I didnt know the number of supply that I was looking for. I dont know why she was so upset this early morning and she yelled at me! I was looking for medical help otherwise, why should I call to medial supply in the morning? Those who are working in mdecal field should know how to not project their anger on patients. Patients suffer enough.
