Dr. Ulema Felix is an exceptional primary doctor. She is incredibly professional, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure we feel informed and comfortable. Her compassionate approach to patient care is truly outstanding, and she genuinely listens to concerns with patience and understanding.

In addition, her entire team of nurses is equally wonderful—always helpful, attentive, and kind. They create a welcoming and supportive environment that makes every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Felix to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. She has been a blessing for my mom’s care!

I absolutely adore going here. For me, that means a lot. Not only are the staff extremely pleasant but they care and listen to everything with providing their expertise and options thoroughly. I went in not knowing much and came out feeling scholarly about myself with great information and direction from Dr. Michelle Curran and the rest of the staff. I would give 10 stars if I could. First off, I wish there was a laughing emoji to choose for some of the 1star reviews. Anyway, my appointment with Ulema Felix was ok. She announced she was leaving and recommended I do my research in finding a new provider. That’s too bad because I liked her.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. My husband had an appointment at the beginning of March and was diagnosed with a double ear infection. The meds that they gave him did not work. He called back to let them know this and they told him go to the pharmacy and get some allergy medicine. He went someplace else and was given totally different medicine and they were baffled as to why he was prescribed what Tristan prescribed him. This past weekend we received a statement from our insurance company. As I was reading I came across a charge submitted to the insurance for an EKG on the same day as his first appt!!!!! Nobody does an EKG for an ear infection!!!! He immediately called the insurance company to report this fraudulent submission by Tristan Medical.

This is a horrible place to go for care. Everyone needs to make sure you check any type of statement from your insurance company because it happened to us and it will happen again!!!!

Since talking to our insurance company we learned the insurance billing was a coding mistake that the insurance company did.

I will still stand by the misdiagnose of my husband who went to his allergy doctor (as that what he was told when the meds didn't work) and his was just diagnosed with a massive infection in his head down his throat including his ears that has NOTHING to do with allergies.

Medical care excellent. But new staff at the front need to use more empathy and be a bit more respectful to clients. They are coming across as being rough, aggressive, and disrespectful. Ulema Felix is the best person working there with top notch knowledge, excellent bedside manner, and takes the time to talk to patients and explain what will make them better. You leave from there feeling that you have someone looking over you….

Tristan Medical is by far the best medical
Practice there is! All of there staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to the nurses and PCPs! Ulema Felix is the best PCP I’ve ever had! She’s very professional and makes you feel more then comfortable and goes above and beyond for her patients!
