I have been getting my healthcare from Tristan for several years now. Great staff, always friendly and thoughtful! Appointments are usually on time, doctors are caring and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the care I receive.

I was seen first thing yesterday morning and written a prescription. The provider was very nice, but as of 2pm my pharmacy had still not received my prescription. I called (I took at least half a dozen tries before someone answered) and the woman said they would take care of it right away. By 6:30 the pharmacy still didn’t have it. I called for an hour and no one answered. Finally, I drove back there and despite their website stating their Friday hours were 8am-8pm, they were closed up tight by 7:40. I called and left a message and sent an email via their website and still have not heard back today.

I suppose my experience while I was at the facility was good. The PA and Nurse we saw for my daughter were very nice and kind to my daughter who was nervous. that’s about all I have to share that was positive. I was told her ears were ‘very angry’ and infected in both sides, and that she had very swollen tonsils that we should have looked at by her primary. We were told they’d be calling in a prescription to start antibiotics. I called the pharmacy multiple times and was told they had no prescription. I called Tristan Medical facility 5 times and left 3 voicemails. they did not answer a single call nor call me back. I had to go into the facility the next morning to get them to acknowledge me and then they called the prescription in while I was standing there!! Absolutely ridiculous that I had to go in to get them to acknowledge me!! Thennn I schedule an appointment with my daughter’s primary to have her tonsils checked out. Turns out neither ear was infected!! I can put that aside, she did have ear pain so maybe it got better by the next day but being completely ignored is unacceptable and for that reason I won’t be back and would never recommend this place to anyone.

First time going there and love the experience the office help a super patient and understanding my treatment was excellent. They made me feel at ease. actually prefer them over my primary care. Nicole is super.

Amazing staff. I showed up without an appointment, not feeling well, they took me in within 5 minutes of being there. They easily found out what the problem was and the medicine needed to help was ready within less than an hour of leaving Tristan Medical. Couldn’t be happier. I’m feeling much better now. Thank you

Great staff. I hope I never need urgent care again but if I do Tristan Urgent care is where I would go. Everyone from the front desk on was super nice and caring.

I was looking for a new primary care doctor. I am on Medicare and this practice took me as a new patient. It was close to my home which is always nice. They were kind, considerate, efficient did the physical I asked for, The also ordered the annual tests and labs as my previous doctor's company had closed their office with no notice and I was due for annual exam . The office had plenty of appointments available. They provide urgent care as well. Good location and really nice people.

Horrible place! Brought my son in bc he's had a bad cough for months. He has autism so he doesn't understand instructions that well. A Dr. Came in, looked to be 6-7months pregnant, I told her what was going on and she made 3 attempts to listen to his breathing and she stopped and said "he's not breathing deep enough for me to hear. I can't do anything for you. You can go to sturdy for chest xrays." That's it. She didn't want to touch him. Never looked in his mouth, nose, ears, felt adenoids, nothing! 3 days later I took him to Norwood Urgent Care and they were amazing! There, he was easily diagnosed with pneumonia and an ear infection, something the Dr. at Tristan would've seen if she even attempted to look in his ear! Go to Norwood Urgent Care! They also have on site xrays and are great with kids! Skip this awful place! They'll charge you for nothing and send you to Sturdy where they'll charge you again!
