Tried to give this place a chance multiple times and over and over again they let us down. We showed up today a little late but we called to let them know our transportation had a nail in the tire. We got here and were in the wrong waiting room for an hour before they let us know. Then the supervisor tried to argue with me and tell me we had just showed up so after going back and forth with her we just left. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY UGLY ACTING WOMEN! If you are a black patient just be mindful because there's a huge chance you won't get proper care here!

My daughter was seen on Saturday for a viral infection. The doctor never sent over the prescription. I was told I had to wait till Monday. Turns out he’s off on Monday’s and I can’t get any medication till Tuesday. I don’t understand why the MA’s have their hands tied and couldn’t fax my medication. I was told the charting was never complete, the charting has nothing to do with faxing over the prescription. I’m now on day 3 with still no medication after being seen. My daughter is suffering because of the incompetence of this office.

That's all the health system is; people who are licensed to give clearance for you to do things that you yourself can't do on your own, charge a crazy fee, get reimbursed the money from the government. If they have you pay your bills then that's just extra pocket change for them. They already get paid. Same thing with car manufacturers: They already make profit on the cars they make from private investors, global energy groups, and dealerships. The cars that actually sell to the main stream public is just extra pocket change.

Disgusting. What a disgusting system this all is. Bleeuuurgh 🤮

At first I was very worried about switching my kids doctor cause they have been seeing the same one sense they we re babies but let me tell u I couldn't have been more wrong. I love the whole front office staff and the male nurse that we seen is beyond amazing. My kids loved him. The whole medical staff is very welcoming and friendly. The doctor was great as well. They were so quick to gets my kiddos their appointments. I love having such a great medical team for my kiddos .

I had an issue and they fit me in so quick and help me get taken care of . I can't tell u what it meant to me. They listen to my concerns and sealed with it right away. Thank you to all the medical staff. Definitely a very great place for my family and I. They make my kids happy to go to a doctor and not scared. The male MA that gave my son shot had done such an amazing job. He had my kiddos laughing and having a great time ty so much. Switching was such a great choice and I am beyond satisfied with the care

My therapist Natalie Goodermont Is the best. She went above and beyond in helping me with my depression. Very supportive and, a good listener. Always always willing to be there for me. I’m so grateful she was my therapist. I highly recommend her to anyone who has any type of mental health issues. Please don’t ever let her go. Thank you Natalie you saved me literally.

Dr.Lee! I have been under his care and still going for my dental work and I am totally satisfied ! Plus His assistant was very on point with all the procedures as well. They treated me with utmost professionalism!. Thank you so much!

I am deeply disappointed with the service here. The healthcare professionals lack empathy and professionalism. The receptionists are particularly unaccommodating and dismissive. They do have the worst call center ever sooo rude in a way you cant even imagine , with no help from their incompetent staff. Absolutely do not recommend. If there is a 0 Stars or even in minus it will goes for them

Not only was I able to get a phone appointment with my Doctor the same day he even contacted me earlier because he had some time. I’ve never been to a doctor that shows and expresses he truly has my best interest at heart. Not to mention he listens and plans a health plan accordingly. And let me tell you about the friendly and helpful staff in the Hemet office. I know I’ve been difficult with my insurance changing after so many referrals were approved by my old insurance, but Jennifer jumped on it and got the most important approved within hours of my appointment. The staff who answer the phone to help with appointments and general questions are so friendly and pay attention to detail to make sure messages are relayed appropriately. Can’t thank you enough and I’ve already referred several individuals, including family, to your clinic. Thank you, Rosana Granillo
