The staff make you feel welcomed & are very kind. Dr. Ramirez is a great doctor. She takes her time with her patients and truly shows that she cares for our wellbeing. She hears you out without rushing and shows compassion. I highly recommend her.

Dr Ramirez is very caring. She is the gp for both myelf and 6 year old. She will never rush you, listens attentively, and responds to every concern, and shares her knowledge so we understand. She is always calm, attentive, and kind. If there is something she doesn't specialize she has recommendations and a referral ready if you need it. She is amazing with kids and talks to them directly even as she listens and communicates to the parents.

The nurse practitioner is just as kind and good with kids. The whole staff is amazing. They are confident, calm, don't rush you, listen attentively, and seem to genuinely care you feel comfortable, heard, and understand.

Absolutely cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Ramirez, her office staff, medical assistants and especially her Nurse Practitioner, Nicole Arena. I see Nicole and she is down to earth, always remembers everything going on with me, is proactive about her ideas for my treatment and listening to me, my input and questions. The office is always running on time, everyone is friendly and phone calls are promptly handled and returned. Appointments are easy to get, and having two location options is so convenient.

An update, it's been 4 years, Dr. Susy and her staff are still 100% amazing! She's my family doctor and I couldn't recommend her enough. She's very thorough and has the greatest bedside manners. No matter where I move I will continue coming to her and her nurse practitioner, they are all amazing for what they do. Thank you for being the best team in the region.

How can I explain this doctor, She's just amazing ! Dr. Ramirez is my family doctor and I couldn't be happier. This doctor is so kind and so attentive to her patients. She never rushes you out and listens to your every concern. I literally have never met a doctor like this. She is the best and if you ever get to meet her you won't regret it. she's also amazing with children. I would never reccomend any other doctor.
