They did not send me the complete medication. They charged $39.99 for a mini-bottle of amoxicillin when in reality it is half that price. In addition, the doctor's prescription said that it was for 7 days. A mini-bottle is not enough for 14days. How they expect this bottle to magically multiply? And The customer service was so bad and I would like them to give me a solution on Monday please!

All I got to say is that true care pharmacy is the best thanks to Bryan !!! Best costumer service he’s always on top with my refills I never have to be calling to refill my medication I definitely give him a 5 star rating he makes you feel like family … The others staff members need to learn from him there always giving you attitude and they look like they don’t know what there doing …

My experience with True Care Pharmacy has been Amazing!
Dr. Morris is such a caring pharmacist, as well as his staff; Specifically, Shoeleh who has been there for a very long time. What I particularly appreciate is the text messages I receive to let me know that my prescription is ready on time. They are also just a phone call away if I have any questions regarding my meds or any questions I have regarding instructions or side effects. Another thing to mention is they provide delivery of my medication and always make sure that I never run out of meds. The communication that Dr. Morris and his staff have with my doctor has been exceptional. All staff are very courteous and professional. I recommend this pharmacy if you want a family friendly, efficient, and caring service.

I have more than my share of experience w the health care system, which for many of us, has not been easy. In my years of dealing w chronic health issues & incompetent establishments, I truly feel I’ve hit the lottery w True Care! As they are all trained well, they’re thee most friendly, empathetic Medical Professionals I have experienced! 😇 As I appreciate all of the employees, I do want to say True Care has a diamond on staff....Beatrice! She has gone above & beyond for my well being! ❣️We all are in a extremely difficult time, w the staff & Beatrice’s patience & professionalism, it makes this process a lil easier to cope w daily medical issues. For that, I’m forever grateful ❣️Thank You to True Care & Beatrice for being a org part of my well being! 🥰

The older lady that helped me was rude, and had horrible customer service. I went in the fill a prescription for my mom and they had no idea where it was, the lady told me nothing was sent to them when the doctor had confirmed to me that it had been send 2 hours before i arrived. when i called the doctor to confirm , they gave me the exact time it was sent over.
After minutes of standing there and seeing this lady look through so many papers she told me she had just received it, when i saw her take it out of a pile. You can clearly see how unorganized her desk was when looking for my moms prescription and how confused she was. When it was found i was told the pharmacist was on lunch, and would take 2 hours to get the medication ready, which is ridiculous since it was send way before i even got there. Save yourselves time and do not come here.

This place is great they text you everytime your refills are ready. They are extremely helpful & knowledgeable with all your medications.Been using for years they even send happy bday text and greetings. I was recently out of my meds & waiting for Dr. Approval after video appt. My bus was late which meant not going to make it there before closing. I called the pharmacist explained the situation how uncomfortable I was & needed my refills, he helped me out with unbelievable compassion & care making extra arrangements to help. Thanks again!

If I can give it a no star I would . The pharmacist was never wearing a face mask when I went , saw and heard him coughing a couple times . One older lady had no idea what was going on with my prescription, I was lied too many times , (comfirmed by my doctor) , was told different prices different times by her , she was helping others before me when I was waiting . When I got in there she didn’t acknowledge me at all she just acted stupid looking at her computer . Customers are a priority, I used to work retail . Someone els took over and she was sweet , when I went in recently there was new people and I was not pleased with the service . Please avoid coming here 0/10 recommend , they only care about their race .

Do yourself a favor and dont go here. I have had a multitude of issues with the people here.... called a day after the prescription was sent over(after they told me I could pick it up an hour later), they waited for days before attempting to even cover the prescription (after telling me that they could fill the prescription), only to find out they could never fill it. I was responsible for finding another pharmacy to fill it, so I did and then this pharmacy only sent over 3 of the 5 prescriptions and here I sit 2 weeks later still trying to get the ladies at true care to do their jobs. Everytime I call I am put on hold and am greeted by a representative that has 0 concept of what's going on... interesting since the pharmacy is the size of my kitchen. They're rude and literally laugh at my issue of still scrambling to get my prescriptions 2 weeks later. Worst experience ever seeing as I was diagnosed with a potentially fatal disorder that will be with me for the remainder of my life, and while struggling to cope with the Judas of a body I have, I get to deal with this situation. Just do yourself a favor and bypass this circus of a pharmacy... it's not worth it
