Customer service has been amazing, I've been working on preauthorization for a medication and a Customer service rep Chris has been so helping. Chris has made this process so much easier and helped me know all the information I needed to submit from my doctors. Thank you so much for all of your help!!!!

Beware! This is NOT a real insurance plan. They take your premiums and then deny ALL high-cost drugs, like all oral chemotherapies. Do not let your employer chose this plan. It is a scam. (I work in an oncology office. They denied Ibrance, demanding we switch to a generic, which doesn't exist).

Customer Services is so Poor! Why would a healthcare facility not be open 24/7? Even though I followed the rules to the exact on my script they refused to pay for a refill. I wish my employer would change companies.

I will not be the least bit surprised when I hear this company is being sued and investigated for fraud. I would argue that having no prescription coverage is better than having truerx. I'm guessing that's what they are aiming for, to make it impossible to use yet collect premiums from your employer.

I can’t say enough about Alexis and the help that she provided to me. In a world full of rude people who just want to get you off the phone, the service that was provided by Alexis was not only surprising but great appreciated. Without going into detail about why I needed her help, I will say that this employee went above and beyond to help me get the medication that I so desperately needed and had been waiting on for weeks. There is not enough words or thank yous that I could say to express my gratitude. THANK YOU ALEXIS!!

No customer service on weekends! Went to get my daughters prescription and pharmacy said my plan was terminated. Doesn't make sense! I pay biweekly through my company. Now I have to pay full price because my daughter needs it and chase them down on Monday to get reimbursed. They also play games with covering some meds. Be ware!

I paid my premiums through Cobra at the beginning of 12-5-23.
As of 12-22-23 I have no coverage. Their Closed until after Christmas. I am left with out my HEART MEDS.
TRUE RX HAS NO AFTER HOURS CUSTOMER SERVICES. THIS IS CRAZY AT THIS DAY AND AGE WITH ALL THE TECHNOLOGY AND SOMEONE HAS TO GO WITH OUT MEDS.

I WILL GO CONTACTING THE GEORGIA INSURANCE COMMISSIONORS OFFICE.
