From the start, my first appointment was mishandled. Refills took three weeks to process, and when you email with questions, it can take days for them to respond. Eventually, they get back to you, but the delays make it clear that timely communication isn’t a priority.

If you’re considering this company for peptides or HRT, I recommend looking elsewhere. However, if you don’t mind waiting and don’t mind spending extra money, this place might work for you.
