To be honest, this is the first time I've gone to a dispensary and had a bad taste in my mouth. So this store has manager specials, they keep it in the back nothing's online so you can't see what they have there. It's an awesome feature, except they don't exactly have it displayed in the waiting area and if you want to find out you have to wait 40 minutes for everybody else just to see what's there. It would take a worker all of 30 seconds to inform the customer so they can make the decision whether they're going to stay there and wait or find out they waited for no reason. It's little things like that will make customers prefer other dispensaries. A y r down the road has incredible customer service in comparison.

Trulieve is starting to get greedy. I consistently get "minis" when I order whole flower. It's trash. I've been to other local dispensaries in Springhill and have gotten beautiful whole flowers every bag. Even the lower priced bags.

What is the point of express check in if you still take sitting guests before the list. It's Monday 1pm and they have one person working. I am here for over 15 min using express. Too slow hire more people!

My favorite store of the two in Spring Hill.
Quality customer service and quick in and out. Shania the AGM was very kind and took the time to try to find something that was showing online but she originally couldn't find in the store.
