GSU highly recommends, TRVL Care transportation. They offer reliable top notch non-medical wheelchair and gurney transport to my clients who are discharging from hospital, skilled nursing rehab and transferring to local assisted living or residential care home. There vehicles are well-maintained and clean. Their staff also are very friendly and keeps me updated regarding my clients transport. There communication dispatch team is very detail oriented, and they are my first to call for transportation for all my clients. My mother was discharged from the hospital and we thought she would be able to get into my vehicle as usual. She was so weak that she couldn't even stand. Tried calling a cab, but their automated system won't allow you to request a van for a wheelchair. I was stressing out. Didn't help that it was 7 p.m. I Googled wheelchair transportation and saw that TRVL CARE was open. Stephen was so kind and said that he'd be there in 15 min. What a Blessing!! He took care in loading my mother in her wheelchair into the van and saw that we made it inside our home when we arrived. Excellent Service and Wonderful Personality!! Thank You Stephen!!
