The staff and doctors I have interacted with are no doubt friendly, and truly caring individuals. Shout out to providers Kenneth Babbitt, Rebecca Tovar and Yoandis Aiello. WOW! What kind, professional, knowledgeable and outstanding individuals those three! Thank you, for your excellent care! They are mainly the reason my three family members and I have remained patients of Tucson Clinica Medica Familiar.
The wait times to see a provider or to get labs done is ridiculous! Once in a while is understandable but we ALWAYS end up waiting 1-1.5 hrs or sometimes 2 hrs, to be seen! A couple of times I have spent a total of 3.5 hrs there! I have complained about this numerous times but nothing has improved. Instead, I noticed they put coffee out in the lobby in order to keep us from complaining. Many patients are elderly and I don't feel it's right to keep them waiting for such long periods of time.
At every appt we are asked what meds we are currently taking but they don't get updated in the system because at the end of each visit we get summary of that days visit, and on that summary is still old information. A few medical assistants seem like either they don't know what they're doing or they're misinformed/unaware of what is going on with the patient. I have experienced this with myself and my loved ones who were patients here.
In my honest opinion, I believe Tucson Medica Familiar double/triple books their patients, the wait time in lobby to see a provider/get lab work done is outrageous, clinic seems disorganized and there seems to be a lack of communication amongst the team there.
I will be looking for care elsewhere and will take my family member who is also a patient here with me.

A little slow but very detailed and thorough. We drive 1 1/2 hours to be here and are confident in our daughter's development and appreciate the staff.

Any concerns are taken very seriously and tests are taken before hand if a specialist needs them to save time.

I have been bringing my daughter here for 2 years and Dr Ochoa has been amazing! Her MA Alexis is the best and always makes my daughter feel comfortable! The front desk girls are very professional and always have a great attitude. 100% recommend

I’m not a patient, but a billing manager at a specialist’s office, and I just had to share my experience. This morning, I called the Referrals Department and was truly impressed by the warm, professional, and welcoming greeting I received. Even after going through the automated system and clearly knowing which office I was calling, Dora answered the phone with: “Good morning, thank you for calling Tucson Clínica Médica Familiar. My name is Dora in the Referrals Department. Who do I have the pleasure of speaking with today?”

At the end of our conversation, she once again clearly stated the office name and who I had spoken with—such a refreshing touch! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called offices where the response is simply “Referrals” or “Referrals, can you please hold?” (without even waiting to see if you can hold).

I’m also pleased to mention that I spoke with Chris earlier today, and he was just as polite, professional, informative, and friendly. It’s clear to me that this level of customer service is a standard practice at Tucson Clínica Médica Familiar.

I have provider Babbitt as my pcp and my daughters go to Dr.Ochoa. I’ve seen a few other doctors their like provider Wade and PA Robles. They are all the best! Listen to your concerns and provide the best care. Thank you for all you do your hard work does not go untouched may God bless you all. XO

Dr Ochoa is an amazing pediatrician. She takes care of my kids as of they were her own! She goes above and beyond for them! She is available for me even after hours which is a plus . The front desk is very inviting & friendly. The clinic always helps me find an appt that works for me and my kids. I recommend this clinic!!

From start to finish, my visit has been very pleasant. Facility is very clean, tidy and organized. Support staff were all polite and helpful. Provider Maria Robles was great, she took the time to speak in depth with me about all my health concerns and had a proactive approach towards helping make a plan of care.
