You won’t find a better recovery spot! Beth gave us a great tour and we did a cryo chamber session. They offer other great services as well. Tucson Cryo and Wellness is a must for anyone looking for a relaxing recovery.

Just popped in for the first time ! Booked on class pass app . I tried the compression therapy boots & their hydro massage medical grade bed . I feel amazing ! I was helped by an employee and given a tour with Donna the new Owner & she was an absolute pleasure . I will be back for sure .

I find that if after working out I have any tweak in my body (like a knee, etc.) coming in to cryotherapy usually makes it go away in one session.

I also notice my skin looks better the more often I come here (and I'm just doing the basic chamber, red light, etc, I haven't even tried the facials yet).

I do a thermogram every year as a preventative check to keep an eye on areas of inflammation, and after signing up here and coming for a year, my thermogram provider commented that my inflammation was reduced compared to the previous year, which I attribute to having incorporated US Cryotherapy into my wellness routine.

I like the 3 per visit package, and I often do what's called the "double dip" where I go in the chamber, then warm up with a red light session, and then go back in the chamber. My skin has never looked better.

The staff here are AMAZING. I've often said it's "like the healthy version of Cheers" where everyone knows your name and it's like a family. I'm an avid equestrian and I will never forget how compassionate the staff were when my horse died. (They even got me a condolence card.) It's warm atmosphere where you are treated like a friend, not just a number.

Great atmosphere and amazing staff. I've been visiting this place for almost a year. I am active duty military, run, swim, lift weights and practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and my body would not survive without coming here at least four times a week.
