I’ve been disappointed with the decline in service at this office. During two separate appointments, nurse practitioner Andrea provided inaccurate information and has now refused to assist me with my prescribed medication. After my initial consultation with Dr. Rejane—who prescribed the medication—I was compelled to return twice after her departure, only to have my request denied. I lost 4 months trying to get the medicine I was prescribed. I believe that proper communication and coordination are essential for patient care, and I’m now looking for an office that truly prioritizes its patients’ well-being.

Zero stars, worst office staff i’ve ever encountered. Took me WEEKS to call and get a referral for a specialist and after being transferred between departments for days, them trying to determine where to send me, I finally got an appointment a month out. Two days before my appointment I get notified unless I see my PCP my referral will not be processed. When I call the office they have no idea what I’m talking about or if anyone called me. This was after my first PCP visit the office did not process my insurance after I checked with them numerous times. If you need a doctor don’t go here, you’re better off being sick.

scheduling an appointment or talking to anyone on the phone is a nightmare. It is almost completely impossible to get in touch with anyone. The phone system seems designed to prevent access to care.

First time ever Ive seen a Doctor give a physical without touching the patient. How are you suppose to check the skin, hair, nose etc without touching your patient? Is this something new? Because it ridiculous!

This office has qbsolutely no interest in caring for patients and understanding their needs. They used to have doctors who can respond to you but not this is not available. Not recommended.

I've had a good experience so far with Dr. Guerrier. I have a complex, rare disease that many doctors google right in front of me. She listened to my experience of being gaslit by doctors, and made sure to listen to everything I said BEFORE making any decisions on my care. Four stars because if you're trying to get a referral sent out, forget it - I had to harp on a bunch of different specialists and go back and forth with Tufts front desk to get it sorted out.

Absolutely horrible! No one answers the phone, and the referrals were not done right. I almost had to cancel my gastro appointment today because they didn’t send over the insurance referral, (my referral appointment was a week prior). They said it was my job to get a fax number? No one told me this. Never heard of this in my life. They can also look this information up on Google. They said the office should have told me at check out, of course they did not. I believe this entire practice is incompetent. I would never go here again! Avoid this place like the plague!
