I recently had my annual physical with Dr. Praveen Kaur at Tula Health Care in San Ramon, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Kaur is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Kaur was truly the best doctor I could've asked for. Kind, patient, and truly caring. I hadn't been to a doctor in so many years and knew I was due for a lot of checkups. She was so understanding, helpful and detailed, listening to all of my concerns. I also love that she focuses more on lifestyle, diet, and well being over just prescribing medications/quick fixes. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor that aligns with my values! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Doctor Praveen Kaur is our primary doctor. I and my husband are very happy to have her as our family member who takes good care of our health. She is very lovely and knowledgeable; she gives us all the time we need to listen to us; we don't feel we are in a rush at all, and her medical office is at Tula Health Care in San Ramon, just 3 minutes away from our home. Also, I would like to mention that her assistant speaks Spanish; she is also very friendly.

This was the best annual check up I have had in my life. I think - for the first time - I will have a real, ongoing relationship with my primary care physician where I call if I’m sick or have a question/concern. I’ve never even considered that before - I just saw doctors as rude, incompetent people between me and my test or prescriptions. She spent so much time with me - asking questions, actively listening, asking follow up questions, and making recommendations. She wanted to deeply understand each issue and concern. Most doctors treat patients like an assembly line - in and out. It was shocking to me how pleasant the visit was and how I excited I was walking out of there. I HIGHLY recommend her practice.

Then came Dr Parveen , our PCP. She is not only an amazing doctor but also an amazing human being too. Very knowledgeable and practical. I would strongly recommend Tula Health care.
