After ten days of not having my meds being extremely sick & sleep deprived I finally go in & get a lecture for an hour & a half on laws & rules, which I don’t need & at the time felt like a beating only to get home & see my meds were cut from 3 to 1 a day. Now she had all that time to lecture me but didn’t take the extra minute to explain why I’m not receiving the full prescription I’ve taken for 15 years. There’s a thing called compassion & bed side manor& I’ve never been so drained & sick in my life I could have used just a tiny bit of that. I understand rules but no rule is broken to give me exactly what I’ve gotten for 15 years. This doctor hated me & I truly feel she was on a power trip & was punishing me. It’s crystal clear that she didn’t like me & she was going to make my life hell & had 0 empathy for my condition. She didn’t even explain why she was cutting me down from 3 to 1 a day but had all the time in the world to drill me on laws, rules & my personal life that was none of anyone’s business. What’s my criminal record have to do with my health? I’m just blown away! In my 57 years of life I have never been treated like this. I don’t blame the entire organisation but what has happened to the world when you can’t even go to the doctor without feeling like your being interrogated by the FBI for a murder case. Doctors should be warm and caring. Show compassion, concern and understanding. Even a little love. What has happened to this world when a simple visit to the doctor makes you come out with your blood pressure twice as high as it was before you went in. I was so stressed out. I truly felt harassed. This doctor didn’t like me & she pulled her power trip on me. She had the power to make my life hell and she won! She knew I was sick, fragile and completely drained. I hadn’t sleet well in 10 days. I was torchered & given the mercy of 1 whole pill a day. Thanks doc or nurse practitioner. Obviously I wouldn’t recommend this establishment at all. My head still hurts from all that unnessicary drilling. I just wanted to get the same medicine that I’ve gotten with 0 problems for 15 years & it’s a simple thing that was blown up into a huge issue. I promise I don’t drink or do drugs or anything wrong. I’ve had a hard hard life & I need my medication. I really do & I’m in tears because I feel so abused. Just because she doesn’t like me I’m going to be sick & without my meds. It’s really unfair. I hope that knowone else has to ever go through this. I’ll probably get my one pill taken from me for letting the world know how I feel about my experience today but I had to do something! It’s wrong PERIOD! I pray I don’t have to keep going thru this & find a real doctor to help me. I did not deserve this. God bless everyone on their journey to heal & get what you need!!!

I've had 2 wisom teeth removed and a troublesome molar removed. This is my third review of exactly the same nature. 5/5 stars. My experiences have been with Dr.Walters and Cora all 3 times and I cannot emphasize enough how kind, caring, personable they are. Just outstanding people. I understand we all have different interactions with other people. However, for the life of me, in no way could I ever imagine a genuine reason Dr.Walters, or Cora
would ever recieve less than 5 stars. I appreciate them both beyond measure.

Hands down the worst doctors office I have EVER been to. I can only speak for the fort branch office as I have never been to the Princeton one. They NEVER answer the phone, they hardly ever call people back. I left voicemails for 3 days and never got a call back. I was late with my class for clinical s because it took them over a month to give me my shot record. Now we have moved out of state and my son is behind on vaccination because it’s now been ANOTHER MONTH and they still have not given us his records. It’s really sad that the office staff can ruin a whole practice for someone. I will never have anything to do with this office again. When speaking with staff about this issue they blame how 2020-2021 has been a “crazy year” for everyone. My current doctors office dosnt seem to have this problem. They even admitted they had received the transfer request and just never did anything with it. I would save your family the head ache and avoid this office all together.

The only staff that were friendly are the ladies up front that handle the appointments. When I showed up. The others wernt very talkative at all. I thought I was getting a cleaning, and I was only getting X-rays. Noone was informing on what was going on. Not very friendly at all. So I came back for my cleaning, and that was the worst cleaning I'd ever had!! It hurt so bad. I know it had been awhile since I had my teeth cleaned, but she kept going over the same spots. It was just a very painful cleaning. Smh. They said I needed to have quite a few fillings but with the painful cleaning and unfriendly staff, I think I'll pass. And am gonna look else where for a Dentist that seems a little more friendly and talkative.

Went in to Tulip Tree with tons of anxiety and Dr Walters explained to me what he was doing! And I didn’t feel anything not even the needle sticks or the removal of the tooth!! Very kind staff and welcoming! Thank you so much!

Awesome for getting your health back together. Just NEVER EVER think because you owe 50-75.00 the Dr doesn't want you too come In. Its their policy's that really need to be explained to you on a per patient basis AFTER you see your Dr. NOT, before they let you see your Dr again. I really went so far backwards I not only looked like I was dying or diseased, but I actually felt and believed I was. Any longer and I could have been in a lot worse shape than I was. And my Dr didn't know I was turned away the day of my appt. with her until one year later. An old Dr. Of mine suggested I let my Dr know and sure enough, she knew nothing about what happened. The NursePractitioners are TOPS.

The Dr. Nurse practitioners suck. They come in your examining room sit down in front of they're laptop's and ask few? But no examining. Order labs that's it. Not a doctor in my books. For real. But the therapist and dentist r great. Definitely got to find me new dr.
