Don't expect a call back ever. I've been waiting for a call back for over a month about xrays I had done and mental health medication. I've tried multiple times and left multiple messages. Same thing happened with my mother AND my husband. Don't waste your time going here.

Usually very prompt service Shor waits for a MD office. Never see same MD. Sometimes the attending is distracted and tends to not hear what you say. Tends to lump you into a preconceived group based on her subjective observation before or without input from the patient. They do nothing about pain control and don't even mention your anxious. Are always thinking everyone is drug seeking for opioid or benzodiaepams. Thinking about changing MDs as primary care MD I had left Noone there lift that not near 100 that I actually trust. Don't go here unless you know medicine and can tell if the give you the right treat. And they always want unnecessary labstest and radiology test and other test. And sometimes make it a hassle to get refill for regular maintenance medicine. Staff very nice and professional except the MDs that are attending. Always get appointments very timely. Very adamant about Co pays of even $5 send monthly bills even though been a patient more than 10 years and don't carry a bill past two visits ever . Have to watch the residents closely they're learning and make lots of mistakes and misjudgements.
