The staff is cohesive. After 14 years as a patient of Dr. Michael Macechko, MD, I feel he knows me so well the questions are few but the answers are many and ground-breaking! All of the Nurses and staff know our names, first and last.
Emails responses are quick and medication refills are easy. Unfortunately, my health is so severe and fragile, UAMS Family is a second home ?
Thank goodness it's full of intelligent, caring, knowledgeable, modern and yet down to earth staff. No over inflated egos here!

I been taking my kids and and myself here for 5years and today was a aweful visit, Jacqueline Norris MD made me as a parent feel so uncomfortable. I never met her and normally the doctor I get for my kids are the usuals and never had a problem until today. She needs to change the way she ask the question and her personality was nasty!

Both the doctors I've seen here have been friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I feel like the quality of care I have received here is far better than I have at any other office I've ever been to. The doctor actually reads the chart and asks follow up questions as opposed to rushing me out. The exams have been far more thorough than previous doctors as well.

DO NOT recommend this place!
Residents experience is very poor.
Communication is horrible.
Diagnosis is not accurate/ wrong.
Only one check up visit for my family that should be covered 100% by insurance, we got $600 bills because of doctor( a resident) wrong diagnosis.
I spent the last 3 months trying to correct this and no one ever get back to me!
I will not go there again and do not recommend this clinic for any one.

Dr. Latorre was kind to me during my last visit and went in depth with any questions or concerns I had. I didn’t feel rushed and he seemed to genuinely care about my health concerns.

I have a WHOLE book to tell, but for MY protection...I will update everyone after I'm done speaking with my attorney. This place and the workers are just sad! Do not receive services here if you're looking for professional, adequate, caring people!
