I came here to the office because my daughter had ongoing fever and I was up for 4 nights. My daughter pediatrician was unavailable so they had me with Dr. Lynn who didn’t even sound like a professional. She was trying to get rid of us and she told me to go to children hospital in Oakland and I did. I was there for 8 hours and I will never go back.For 8 hours and I just left. The doctor seems not to even look into the computer to see the Saturday night ER information for my daughter. She put a dressing on my daughter that fell off when we left the clinic.By listening to her told that she was not professional at all. I will report this too. She even looked scared and just wanted to end the appointment. Be careful when choosing a pediatrician. Welcome to the world of idiots.

The doctors are okay. The front office staff and billing is the absolute worst. Top 2 reasons you should go elsewhere
1. We had a change in insurance for my kids and they absolutely refused to see them unless the new card number was presented. This despite my reassuring them and showing them proof of coverage and offering to pay cash for the visit! I asked for a supervisor who agreed to “let me pay” - where is the humanity in this! Absolute garbage people that are cash driven and literally were denying my child care. Just be warned they’re not there to help

2. They are extremely rigid about canceling appointments beyond 10 mins. Like 11 is too late. Here’s the kicker. That only cuts 1 way. You will not ever get to see a doctor at your promised time. We’ve been there for years and sometimes the wait time is over an HOUR. I’ve had to hold a screaming infant in the room for over 45 mins. Bring your change of diapers and food!! Horrendous again that it’s “rules for thee not for me”

Summary: avoid this practice at all costs. I honestly don’t know how the docs even work there

Nurse Ruth Berzay, gave me and my family hard time, yesterday we went there to check my son ankle, and to order him a walking boot, instead of that she sent us to Oakland to children hospital emergency room by saying she concerns about his foot. So we went there stayed there for five hours for nothing, then the supervisor in ER said to me we don’t know why you’re here guys, we don't give walking boot in the ER, and my kid pediatrician must order it for us.
My kid still in pain and he didn’t get the walking boot to release his pain

We love Dr. Glenn and staff. They’re are amazing. She is prompt to respond and is very attentive to my child. She never rushes me when I have a question and the staff always delivers my messages to her in a timely fashion when I call.
