Shameless scammers. They'll make you come in person for minor procedural things that could easily happen via telehealth, like getting a long term prescription renewed, then up-code the visit, lie about how long and complex the visit was, and charge you absurd amounts on top of all that for things like "use of facilities" aka the room I sat in for 5 minutes. They were so dishonest in their billing that I took the time to file a complaint with the state medical board. Do not come here.

My Doctor is located in the Ellison Building, And she's a Graduate straight out of UCD and she's under the supervision of a full on MD and I feel comfortable with both. The Ellison Building is a one stop shop, from X-rays, Cardiology, General medicine, Physical therapy, and the list goes on. I've been coming here for years now, And their advancement in medical Technology improves year after year and you don't have to leave the building for your meds, as the pharmacy is located on the first floor. And not to worry because you're in great hands, As UCD considers your Heath their number one priority

Terrible service. I was informed that the appointment time was changed to a phone visit the day before, and I received a call 22 minutes after the appointment time. When asked for an interpreter, the nurse simply said to call back and hung up. I waited all day and didn't get another call. How does a paramedic like this get certified? It's disappointing.

Update 12/11/23: again there is no inventory in cafeteria. Out of eggs and breakfast items in the fridge.
Prioe review: There is one worker doing all jobs in the cafeteria: cash register, coffee maker, popcorn bar, and food bar. There is one to two workers in the bar/kitchen area who ignore staff and patients in line and wait for that one employee who doing it all. Maybe its not their job and its understaffed? You're lucky if they even have all breakfast or lunch option. They won't have eggs some morning starting at opening. They've run out of lunch menu items before 1 pm. I'm here weekly and these have been consistent issues I've encountered multiple times since Feburary.

Laboratory/phlebotomy services are awful. Ticket system with multiple patients waiting in a very small lobby where you can hear the nurses/techs conversing and laughing. Instead of seeing patients they are visibly standing around chatting about pets and weekend plans.
